Strategic Category/Brand Management
·Responsible for Hair Care + Oral Care category development & strategic direction in CZ&SK.
·Category strategy Owner - development & execution, IBP responsibility for category & brand plans
·Owner of local JTBDs with clear understanding of local market and consumer trends;
·Lead monthly local CCM meeting for Hair and Oral care categories ;
·Participate in monthly EE Category catch-up meeting and follow through on local next steps;
·Defines, set and optimize portfolio architecture for each brand (incl. delisting proposals);
·Set strategic portfolio pricing recommendation and manage competitive pricing agenda;
·Obsoletes Agenda Management throughout the year;
·Strong collaboration with CCD on Operational Guidelines and BB recommendations;
Brand Media Management
·Build & execute yearly media strategy on category + brand level (in collab. with media team).
·Develop and/or Localize media assets (TV, Online, KV...) for Media Plan execution with OTIF delivery.
·Influencer’s cooperation (with agency collaboration);
·P4 Management (Coupa and other)
·P&L ownership incl. performance management (in Cooperation with CCD in term of category leadership)
·BMI Ownership – Set proposal, and manage budget resources (allocation, no overspending,,...)
·NRM Agenda with clear action plan (together with BiDi Team);
OUR EXPECTATION FOR THE ROLE:
·Education: College/University degree (ideally in business and/or marketing)
·Experience: strong and proven background in Marketing (BB), Customer Marketing (CCD) or Brand Development (BD)
·Language Skills: English - fluent, Czech or Slovak always beneficial
·IT skill: MS Office (PPT, Excel,...)
·Strong interpersonal skills, (stakeholder management, ability to engage/motivate various team with different background);
·Other (not mandatory, but will help in the role) :Project management;Prioritization Skills;Presentation SkillsOrganized & structured;
