Main Tasks:

• Manage and develop portfolio/innovations;

• Craftproduct and brandportfolioconceptstogetherwith Marketing leader and Brand Experiencemanager;

• Cooperate with multiple packaging agencies;

• Cooperate with customer development teams to launchinnovationsontime and in full;

• Workcloselywith EE and EU marketing and R&D teams;

• Performannualinnovationsuccessreviews

• Drive brand revenue growth as well as market sharesviarightportfoliochoices;

• Develop pricing strategy and white space entries;

• Workcloselywithfinance to createcompellingbusinesscases;

• Make data driven and analytical decisions.

Salary offer monthly/gross (depending on experience):

Estonia: 2300 EUR - 2700 EUR

Latvia: 2300 EUR - 2700 EUR

Lithuania: 2850 EUR - 3350 EUR
