Your Role & Key Responsibilities

Project Dragonfly looks at creating value for UL by carving out a perimeter of currently unfocused brands in NA and EU with a view to create growth.

We are looking for an experienced warehouse and logistics manager who creates and leads a team with very strong growth mindset and a can-do culture of doing what it takes to win. We’re looking for someone who thrives in balancing brand, consumer,customers, with the ambition to deliver a substantial step up in profitable growth of the current perimeter.

As thecustomer service and logistics director,you will play a crucial role developing Customer Service, logistics andwarehosuingStrategy and execution. You will create the right Customer Relationship management, Joint Business Planning, new channels development and ensure that you are supporting the commercial strategy and vision with the right cost to serve model. Yourfirst prioritywill be ensuring Excellent customer service to our customersat right cost

Individual will be the focal point to all other functional areas within Logistics and SC Planning including Warehousing, Transportation, Customer Support, Procurement, customer development and Finance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • E2E design and execution ofCustomer Serviceand Logistics Team Strategy for all the key customers in marketand distributors across rest of world

  • Collaborate with CDand marketingteams to ensure seamless order management and delivery process

  • Responsible of seamless Order Management and delivery process and creating efficiencies on warehouse and logistics cost

  • Defines and develops collaboration, Joint Business Plans and speedy issue resolution with Customers

  • Partners with logistics companies including 3PL’s for efficient delivery of order and continuous improvement of delivery service.

  • Ensures Service Level reporting, loss reason assignment and continuous improvement

  • Responsible to deliver excellent service to all our customers

  • Drives inventory audits, SOX compliance, develops policies & procedures and training playbooks

  • Responsible for inventory is strategically allocated, resolution of stock issues, maintenance of invalid shipments and receipts, support holiday scheduling 

  • Ensures reporting of warehouse and logistics KPIs

  • Manages a team ofcustomer service,warehouse and logistics leadand outsourced teams 

  • Works closely with Logisticsand Customer ServiceIopslead and agency resources for capability development, reporting and agility 

  • Ensures efficient delivery solutions as part of the new channel strategies to our consumers

  • Ensure process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant  

  • Lead innovation inWareshousing, Logistics including deployment of Digital capabilities and Automation.

  • Develop, follow up and implement medium terms VIP (savings) pipeline and projects.

  • Ensure sustainable practices are embedded inthe everydesign or change initiative

Talent catalyst:

  • Responsible for growing and nurturing talent including succession planning ensuring organization is fit to win short and long term

  • Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within organization as well as externally across various key stakeholders and organizational bodies.


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance or supply chain management.

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain 

  • Demonstratedanalytical and conceptual problem-solvingability; excellentoral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Ability tomulti-task, meet tight deadlinesand work under pressure with autonomy

  • The ability to effectivelylead and engage cross functional global teamsand a willingness to take responsibility and accountability

  • Demonstratedself-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agileorganization  andable to adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills 

  • Understanding of key financials, P&L ,WMS systems and cost to serve models
