Your Role & Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced demand planner who has a very strong growth mindset and a can-do culture of doing what it takes to win. We’re looking for someone who thrives in balancing brand, consumer,customers, with the ambition to deliver a substantial step up in profitable growth of the current perimeter.
As the Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in the S&OP process, ensuring that you are supporting the commercial strategy and vision through the delivery of an accurate SKU/channel level forecasttaking into accountinformation from key stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Marketing).
Your Key Responsibilities
E2E execution of Demand Planning Team Strategy
Support collaboration with CD, Marketing, Finance to incorporate key marketing and trade initiatives into the demandforecast
Leads S&OP, Forecasting and Promotion Planning to ensure all departments are aligned to business plan as well as challengingassumptions
Defines and develops Unconstrained Forecast into the business plans includinginnovation ,promotion and growthassumptions
Responsible to deliver excellent service to all ourcustomers
Owns and monitors ForecastAccuracy ,Forecast Bias reporting and continuous improvement of Service Levels, Stocks,Waste ,FA/FB
Works closely with Planning Control Tower teams for planning activities
Works closely with Supply planning counterparts to ensure proper levels of inventory to achieve the plan while ensuring inventory targets are still beingmet
Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance or supply chain management.
3-5 years of experience in Planning
Demonstratedanalytical and conceptual problem-solvingability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentationskills
Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure withautonomy
The ability to effectivelylead and engage cross functional globalteamsand a willingness to take responsibility andaccountability
Demonstratedself-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agileorganization andable to adapt to changingpriorities
Experience working with statistical forecasting software, operational experience of Demantra aplus
Advanced Excel Skills
Experience with SQL and/orPowerBIa plus
