Context :

This is an exciting opportunity to lead transformation in the area of planning & execution, and especially in the area of Smart Reporting & Analytics & CBP. Unilever currently has many reports within CD, CCBTs & NRM that are not completely understood nor leveraged. Unilever France is also spending ca1 billion euros every year to ensure continuous volume growth, e.g to secure better visibility for our product on shelf…(counterparts). The purpose of the role is to improve the return on investment for our TTS agreed during CBP and to contribute to the definition of one set of reports that will supersede existing reports for CD in particular & help them better identify what to , to boost performance (growth / profitability) to meet our yearly targets

To achieve this, we will roll out new capabilities (Tech, wows…) and ensure diligent & thorough usage of those capabilities in the CD / BB/ Finance community to unlock the expected value.

The role can also involve setting up collaboration with external partner / outsourcing for some of our activities in Plan & Execute.

Key Accountabilities :

Deployment of new Technologies and ways of working, in particular ACTPM CBP module

  • Understand proposed technology & ways of working from global teams / other markets.
  • Understand As Is Technology & wows in France (including Red Slim, TTS Excel Templates..).
  • Perform Data Assessment, Find data sources for impactful analytics & Ensure Data Quality is sufficient to generate value adding insights
  • Ensure Analytics Principles in the tools are sound and generate actionable / realistic insights to identify opportunities for value unlock
  • Help Embed Prescriptive Analytics in the tool to maximize tool most impactful insights will be unequivocally identified & actioned.
  • Own Project Plan from a local perspective & ensure delivery of activities on time in full: help define overall network, including Cutover & Golive & Intensive Care after golive
  • Reporting of Results after golive / Governance for change management
  • Help identify Key User Network / Stakeholders and Create Community of practice for new tools & wows
  • Understand Minimum Mandatory standards from users: userfriendliness, non negotiables in analytics / logics + dimensions…
  • Leverage community of practice to articulate market specificities & customer nuances / account for customer negotiation red flags in the tool recommendations (constraints)
  • Ensure analytics available in the tool is actioned to unlock expected value (reduce TTS Spend, % counterparts with SMART metrics, NRM objectives)
  • Ensure integration of Plan & Execute new wows with other teams and especially ACTPM promo tool

Profil Required :

Master’s degree in Marketing or Finance

2 years experience in CD or Finance

Working knowledge of NRM, TTS Management

Skills :

Strong communications & influencing skills

  • Track Record in Change Management
  • Strong English language skills written and spoken
  • Analytical Skills
  • Holding people accountable (peers, leaders and external stakeholders) and strong personal accountability for delivery

Desirable :

  • Power BI/Data Lake
  • Customer Negotiation
