Performance Marketing Lead – Health & Wellness

Location: Los Angeles

As part of working together to achieve these goals, being part of the Collective offers a fantastic opportunity to represent more brands, provide one voice to our partners, share learnings across companies, while also developing best in class capabilities. This will be a remarkable group of people coming together to work across a number of the different operating companies. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead Cross-Operating Company Performance Marketing Learning Plan across DtC, Amazon, and Omnichannel Customers

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-operating company activations (tentpoles events, etc.) 

  • Identify marketing & additional capability opportunities for Operating Companies and Collective (i.e. Tools, processes, partnerships, etc.) 

  • Work closely with agency partners to facilitate cross-brand optimizations and make recommendations for driving key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc. 

  • Coordinate across multiple partners across the consumer journey to find efficiencies in performance and costs 

  • Manage contracts and new relationships for SaaS, Advertising, and Data partnerships 

  • Support key Joint-Business-Plans(JBPs) with media partners 

  • Drive our Monthly Business Reviews with key advertising partners, and ensure we capitalize on Unilever’s global learning agenda 

  • Help forge 1P Data x Media Strategy, extracting value from Consumer Data Platform (CDP) 

  • Evolve performance marketing reporting for the Division

  • Identify Advertising Partners and make strategic recommendations for driving media diversification across our top brands

  • Support Full-funnel marketing Lead in connecting upper and funnel marketing efforts across brands

  • Support Omnichannel Commercial Lead to ensure investment sufficiency and optimization for key customers. 

  • Navigate a complex array of cross functional stakeholders. You will be working with the HWC e-Commerce & field sales teams, along with each operating companies’ e-Commerce & sales strategy teams and also collaborating with other Unilever business groups/units

  • Knowledge in using digital media to drive online and offline sales jointly

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ Years experiencein e-Commerce / Digital Marketing or equivalent in a fast-paced startup environment,

  • Have builtperformance marketing strategies and seen them through to execution with success 

  • Have hands-on Campaign management / media buying experience and/or have managed agencies

  • Familiar with the much of the digital marketing landscape (on & off- retail media platforms) and are comfortable evaluating & strategizing 360 performance marketing plans from acquisition to retention, paid & owned channels. 

  • Comfortable navigating all levels of an organization, and explaining complicated topics to non-expert stakeholders 

  • Relationship building, ability to lead through collaboration & influence vs. complete ownership 

  • Bias for action 

  • Ability to take the lead in developing tools & process

  • Great organizational skills with an eye for consistency, quality and order

  • Drives action independently and carry out responsibilities accurately and efficiently with minimal direction; enterprising in seeking new opportunities for the business 

  • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment

  • Dedication to accountability - you ask questions, learn quickly and find solutions

  • You are completely at ease with computers, including Google Suite and the MS package

  • You are curious – you possess the drive to always be learning and growing, professionally, and personally
