Background and Purpose of Job

eCommerce is disrupting CPG retail and leading CPGs are putting digital-eCommerce at the heart of their strategies.

Unilever is looking for an Associate Business Managerto developthe Amazon business and provide in-depth analytics and recommendations to senior managersThis person would work directly with Amazon’s retail teamand Unilever cross-functional partners to deliver KPIs.

Unilever is home to iconic brands such as Dove, AXE, Ben & Jerry’s, Seventh Generation, and Hellmann’s/Best Foods, and on any given day, over 2 billion people around the world use our products. Accelerating eCommerce enables us to get closer to our consumers and rapidly scale our brands. This role will be critical to the growth of Unilever’s business through the eCommerce retail channel.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in CPG within sales/customer development or business/account management roles

  • Strong analytics background and ability to translate data into story.

  • Ability to forecast sales and manage trade investment & ROI 

  • Working knowledge of eCommerce retail basics, traffic & conversion drivers

  • Prior experience in eCommerce sales or buying, Amazon experience is a plus
