Finance Assistant Manager - Control

Key Responsibilities
This position is the primary owner of the end-to-end Order to Cash process with the overall goal of delivering OTC services while ensuring quality and cost effectiveness, and financial accountant to ensure the records of financial transactions in compliance with accounting policy and manual.

Excellence in finance operations: This position oversight finance operations and seek for the continuous improvement on financial operations & controls.

-Responsible for the end to end OTC and credit management process such as credit policy, customer master maintenance, credit limit & collateral review, AR collections, bad debt provision, and related reporting and analysis

- Regularly review & evaluation of customer’s credit profile and limit

-Month closing activities of sales and rebate claims ensure timely and accurate month closing and reporting

-Support OTC control assessment and prepare monthly control health report

- Oversee and continuous improvement in finance operation KPIs 

- Support SOX audit, corporate audit, and external audit

- Ad-hoc projects for the effectiveness finance operations & controls

Experience Required

Essential

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance

-5+ years of experience in Finance operations(credit management, PTP) or Accounting

-Strong understanding of different areas of the business

-Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

-Experience in SAP is must

-Excellent financial skills and communication skills

-Fluent written and verbal skill in English

Preferred

-Experience in FMCG

-Experience in credit control

-Team player with excellent organizational skill

-Experience in SOX and internal audit
