1. 负责对接各部门HRBP,对各部门的人力资源相关数据及需求进行收集、录入、维护

2. 在公司workday系统上处理各业务部门的人力资源变动申请,持续跟踪各环节确保交付完成
3. 根据业务部门需求进行岗位发布、简历筛选、初步电面、面试流程管理等工作
4. 熟悉公司政策与部分劳动法规,准确评估各环节流程符合相关规定
5. 熟悉Excel应用,定期输出报表,对数据进行初步核对与分析,为后续较深入的数据分析提供建议和支持
6. 周期性为HR工作流的优化提出建议
7. 其他人力资源相关工作


1-5年人力资源共享服务中心工作经历 本科及以上,人力资源、心理学、统计学、外语等专业背景者优先 逻辑清晰、认真细致,具有较好的数据敏感度和洞察力,乐于通过数据挖掘其中的人力资源规律 具有较强的人际沟通与协作能力;有较强的学习和实践能力     通过CET-4/6,具较好的英文书面与口头交流能力。
