Background & Purpose of the Job
The Cyber & Digital Application Engineer will be responsible for supporting the reliable and safe operation of the factory controls. Responsibilities will include managing and advancing the Cyber Security and Digital Factory initiatives. Other responsibilities will include troubleshooting, implementing changes, driving to root cause of issues, implementing new tools using digital solutions and identifying improvements. This role will work closely with Production and Maintenance in Focused Improvement Teams to implement new digital tools using DFOS, SQL, Power Apps and Power BI.

- Develop and maintain the new DFOS system for Sikeston. (DFOS – Digital Factory Operating System – This is a Unilever Developed monitoring and reporting system for the site production lines)

• You’re a culture & change champion: As the TA3 (Technical Authority 3) for Cyber Security you own the site Network.
- Cyber Security Champion
- Manage and advance the factory network, firewalls, and communications.
- Continuous Vulnerability Management
- Secure Management of Assets
- Identity and Access Management
- Secure Configuration management
- Monitoring and Analysis of Audit Logs
- Anti-Malware
- Network Security
- Security Awareness and Training
• You’re a born leader: Working closely with the UMS (Unilever Management System) Teams to utilize DFOS to its fullest and drive production and savings.
- Tag Management
- DFOS Lite to DFOS Full Transformation
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of controls related losses in the site.
- Provide technical assistance and input into reliability of factory systems and networks.
• You’re a dot connector: Site Automation Support
- Site Security Management
- Site Communications Management
- Leads the development of the plant masterplan for electrical and networks systems.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Cyber Security, Electrical Controls, or other related field.
- Software / Rockwell PLC Programing Knowledge
- Networking Knowledge
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Desired:
- Project Management Experience
- Electrical controls and automation systems knowledge
- Database Knowledge
- VMware virtual environment administration
- Poser BI Experience
