To lead & drive exponential & profitable growth of Marketplace (Shopee/Lazada) & Social Commerce (Tiktok).

To support Channel Lead in performance monitoring including but not limited to updating monthly score card, execution, and performance monitoring of digital commerce platform.

d-Commerce continue to be the focus of the industry and in Unilever. Unilever Singapore aims to be in the front seat in this channel with aggressive growth post-Covid. Current d-Commerce business is dominated by Pure Players followed by Omni channel. We are aiming to strengthen our position in this channel by winning in Marketplace & Social Commerce as well as improving our fundamentals with the existing customers.


  • Full top & bottom-line accountability to achieve internal & external growth targets

  • To work with Retail Innovation & Brand Team to implement 7 basics i.e. Search, Perfect Name, Hero images, Product content, Visual/Text Rating & Reviews, repertoire recommendation in in order to deliver a distinguished and pleasant shopping experience on both desktop and mobile environment. Track and monitor the execution on both desktop and mobile on monthly basis. To prepare a perfect store scorecard with retail innovation as part of the monitoring status

  • Manage and collaborate with brand team / digital marketing team / CSP team to drive impactful eCommerce plan. Design, manage and execute eCommerce activities to drive penetration, bigger basket size and premiumisation. To conduct a monthly governance meeting for updates on performance and forward planning commitment

  • Close collaboration with retailers and e-enabler to drive joint business plan yearly to deliver a win-win plan and to land as per agreed plan with tracking and monitoring. Regular weekly/monthly meeting to discuss performance, effectiveness of activities and forward plans

  • Support and manage e-enabler to ensure that Unilever eCommerce ambition is integrated into e-enabler strategy. Develop plans that are profitable to both Unilever and e-nabler while ensuring the shoppers are excited and attracted to make the purchase


  • Experience in eCommerce (essential)

  • Interact and negotiate confidently with customer (desirable)

  • Strong business acumen (desirable)

  • Fast to adapt to change in market place (essential)

  • Knowledge of digital marketing (desirable)

  • Lead and collaborate across functional team (desirable)

  • Strong team player

  • Strong bias for action

  • Basic understanding of eCommerce world; constantly updated on new news 

  • Conceptual thinking process with ability to capture trends and to creatively develop plans to capitalise the trend

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • MS Office Skills (Excel, Power Point)

  • 40% of the time for travelling within Singapore
