We are now looking for an Agile Brand Manager to join Portfolio & Innovation, Home Care Marketing Team in Unilever Sweden

What you will be doing?

As an Agile Brand Manager, you will be an important contributor to competitive & sustainable growth working with our biggest brands on Nordic level leading new product development and/or core renovations. It will be key to bring consumer insights to life through innovative products, packaging, and marketing materials. You would work close to multiple cross-functional team members to deliver a final product aligned to our global and local strategy.

What does it take to succeed in the role?

You should be ready to get your hands ‘dirty for good’ on market analysis and portfolio deep dives. You have outstanding project management skills and are not afraid to pivot if needed. You are a data driven decision maker measured by strong business acumen as well as strong logic. You possess a curiosity for brands and consumers. You have the ability to engage with/influence senior stakeholders along the way. You might have some experience within Brand Management, it would beneficial to build quick knowledge for the category & ease the strategic elements- ideally you have 1-5 years of relevant work experience.

You communicate fluently in English and preferably one Nordic language. And finally, it is not mandatory that you enjoy home care nor cleaning, but we must warn you… It might be a side effect after hired.
