Unilever is looking for an E-Commerce Key Account Manager
We are looking for an additional E-Commerce Key Account Manager to join our Customer development team in the Solna office. In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of eCommerce in driving the overall eCommerce agenda. You will also be end-to-end responsible for managing customer relations with our existing pure players, as well as developing new revenue streams.
The E-Commerce Key Account Manager is responsible for:
Drive longer-term eCommerce growth strategy execution in Sweden
Accelerate growth and maintain strategic relationships with key business partners
Land perfect execution (content, activations, promotions) with key business partners
Drive and assess ‘where to play’ and ‘how to play’ with new customers
eCommerce optimization of Unilever product portfolio to drive profitable growth for both retail partners and Unilever
Support the local team in driving overall growth and (knowledge) development and actively take part in European and global e-commerce forums
Participate in and drive cross-functional projects to unlock the full potential of eCommerce
Who are you?
We are looking for an entrepreneurial business savvy self-starter that is solution oriented. You are curious and motivated to stay on top of e-commerce trends and convert the insights to business opportunities and share to a wider community. You are customer and consumer centric and have an eagerness to invent and pioneer, willingness to fail, the patience to think long-term and take professional pride in operational excellence.
You possess highly developed analytical skills and can prioritize and handle a complex portfolio in terms of brands and customer set. We are looking for someone with a great internal drive who takes ownership for you learning agenda and personal development. If you have knowledge digital tools used by e-retailers, it will be considered a merit.
You have preferably a Degree within Business Administration, Economics or E-commerce.
Experience from commercial account management, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Experience from eCommerce is considered a plus
Strong communication and people skills
Good team player and influencer with great networking skills
Good solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
You are curious, eager to learn, proactive and have a doer mindset
Excellent Excel skills and are comfortable with complex admin tasks
Fluency in Swedish and English are mandatory, where multilingual Nordic Language skilled is a plus
