Student Workers for Customer Operations at Unilever Nordics
Customer Operations is a department in Unilever managing Customer Experience, Planning, Logistics, Masterdata management and Excellence. As our new student worker, you will play an important role in our Customer Operations where you will be responsible for various tasks within our different pillars.
Your primary focus will be to coordinate business waste reduction, lead mini-improvement projects, ensure proactive risk management, logistics operations, O2C operations and close collaboration with key business partners. Stakeholder management is essential, and you will engage and collaborate with both Nordic and European teams where you will get good experience in creating realistic and achievable plans.
We are looking for you who can start in mid-February, work approximately 15-20 hours a week and work full time during summers. You graduate earliest in June 2025. In this position you will work from one of our Nordic offices in Stockholm, Helsinki or Copenhagen. We offer a hybrid work environment with the ability to partly work remotely.
Main Responsibilities
- Avoiding and resolving service and customer related issues
- Managing and avoiding obsoletes
- Secure proactive risk communication
- Idocs management for logistics
- Customer facing
- Inventory management ensuring on time in full stock availability
- Service risk management
Experience Required
- Reliability and diligence in performing everyday duties
- High level of ownership
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Excel knowledge is a must, SAP and APO will be an advantage
- Supply chain management as part of studies is an advantage
- Fluent English
