【Background & Purpose of the Job】

The position provides Category Management/Channel Development for assigned brands (Nutrition Category), delivering category growth opportunities based on analytics and insights.

The role interfaces with the Customer across several disciplines, providing strategic, consultative category advisor guidance on multiple categories. We expect candidate to derive growth strategies from data, while leveraging effective communication and influence to drive measurable results with the customer.

【Who You Are & What You'll Do】
You are the key liaison between Customer Business Development (Key Account) and Brand Building/Supply Chain/Finance/Legal. You will lead the development & deployment of a channel strategy for assigned Brands and drive profitable growth.

1. Develop and implement actionable category growth strategies through the Customer's strategic planning process, leveraging category and shopper insights
2. Support new product introduction for listing
3. Run customer specific category management projects
4. Measure and review category performance and provide support to account manager in monitoring and analyzing retail margins and customer profitability

【 What You'll Need To Succeed】
- 3+ years Trade Category Management relevant experience in FMCG/Cosmetic Industry
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with ability to influence others
- Strong attention to detail, proficient in analytics
- Team commitment

- Excellence Chinese and English ability
