The position provides Category Management/Channel Development for Ready-to-Drink Business (Lipton), delivering category growth opportunities based on analytics and insights.
The role interfaces with the Customer across several disciplines, providing strategic, consultative category advisor guidance on multiple categories. We expect candidate to derive growth strategies from data, while leveraging effective communication and influence to drive measurable results with the customer.
Who You Are & What You'll Do:
1. Lead Associate in drafting Ambient RTD Trade marketing plan and join overall TW RTD annual planning
2. Manage A&M spending vs. Plan & Execute RTD category planning & Monthly delivery through developing quarterly and monthly category plans for Lipton RTD business with closely work with respective bottler sales and trade marketing team in each category
• Assortment
• Shelf-layout
• Promotional strategy
• Price positions
3. Focus on RTD tea category management on the target shopper within the strategic framework as set in the overall Category Building Plan
4. Support new product introduction for listing in national and lead in implementation of customer exclusive items either importation or by local production
5. Run customer specific category management projects
6. Use and leverage account specific category and shopper insights for joint business planning with important customer and on-going tailor-made activation
7. Implement customer marketing plan activities like consumer activation and conduct post launch analysis for efficiency review
8. Measure and review category performance for RTD category
9. Provide support to account manager in monitoring and analyzing retail margins and customer profitability
10. Can flex style in communication to different culture / target audiences and strong influencing & data analytical skills
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- 5+ years Trade Category Management relevant experience in multi- national company/ preferably with CVS or AFH experience
- Experience to work with cross functional team under matrix organization or work in local company or distributor sales team are preferred
- Good English ability and excellent analytical / presentation skill
