We are looking for a Digital Selling Excellence Lead who can help us achieve our bold digital selling targets and make digital our main way of managing our leads – from lead generation to lead conversion. Our ideal candidate shall combine strong digital skills (data, tools etc.) with solid go-to market skills (sales and marketing), a passion for food and a well-developed sense of purpose. Through this, he/she will be able to contribute to our overall growth, bring efficiency and future proof the business.

Our Digital Selling Excellence Lead will report directly into the UFS Digital Selling Director and will be in close contact with the Regional Digital Selling team, Business Excellence team, Sales team. He/She will be the one point of contact of the markets he/she will be responsible of. He/she will be responsible of the deployment, customization and leveraging the global strategy to the markets.

Additionally, he/she will be the championing a certain pillar of the Digital Selling pillar (data, CRM, marketing, eCommerce etc.). He/She will take the lead to further develop and sharpen the strategy for the specific pillar.

He/she will also collaborate closely with the UniOps (digital operations), UFS Global Marketing, Global out of home Ice Cream eRTM and HR teams.

Key responsibilities include the following: 

  • To design the end-to-end Digital Selling Funnel – lead generation, lead management and lead conversion
  • To deploy, customize and elevate the Digital Selling capabilities in the responsible markets
  • To collaborate with the marketing, sales and the technical teams to develop the right strategy, tools and capabilities for the Digital Selling funnel
  • To lead one of the pillars of the Digital Selling funnel (data, CRM, marketing or eCommerce) to sharpen and continuously develop the strategy
  • To continuously measure & optimize performance
  • To collect & share best & worst practices throughout MCO’s to accelerate learning
  • To drive capability building on each pillar
  • To drive the change management agenda for the markets

  • Operator Experience Design
  • Route-to-market understanding for conversion strategies
  • eCommerce funnel management
  • CRM segmentation and information flow management

Skills and Experiences Preferred:

  • Food & Refreshment background preferred
  • Data structure experience
  • Digital marketing experience
  • CRM flow experience
  • eCommerce experience
