Chef & Sales Consultant North Greece & Mainland – fixed term contract

Food Solutions is Unilever's foodservice business. With operations in 65 countries, we are one of the world's leading foodservice teams. Working closely with our clients, we develop solutions that help their businesses grow.

As Chef & Sales Consultant, you must be able to work in a shaped B2B foodservice environment (Restaurants, Hotels, Catering) and responsible for:

  • Delivering business targets by understanding Customers and consumers needs and providing solutions through our sku portfolio
  • On-going supervision, evaluation, development, and expansion of customer base
  • Provide virtual and physical culinary consultation to targeted operators with trend-based menu’s/killer recipes with a strike rate SKU’s numbers
  • Full use of the tools provided by UFS & the advantages of our products with demonstration virtually & physical
  • Develop Chef/operator followers to build network

  • Strong Culinary Skills & Food Obsession
  • Strong Selling skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and organization skills
  • Team player. Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver on customer needs
  • Digital savvy ( Incl. eCom, CRM, SoMe )

Required Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree / food technology specialization
  • Minimum 2 years in relevant position, of foodservice environment and industry (Sales preferably)
  • Willingness to travel nationally. During summer period this can be up to 70% of his/her time
  • Ability to show creativity and work under pressure in kitchen environment.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  • MS Office, Digital & Social Media
