Data Management System Intern

Position Summary

The Data Management System (DMS) intern plays an important role through migrating current system data into a new platform for Maintenance Management System.  The successful candidate should be able to process, input, organize and categorize large data on Microsoft Apps.  The DMS intern partners directly with our Maintenance Leaders to execute the transition to the new system.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage transfer of Master Data migration from AMMS to DMS.
  • Work with engineers and users to validate and test the new systems

Education and experience:

  • Current College student. 

Skills:

  • Detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage large data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong capability of data analysis
  • MS. Office proficiency with strong skills in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, written/oral ability to work; fluent in English.

·Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Excellent planning, time management, organizational, and meet strict deadlines
  • Learns and adapts quickly to any changing work environments
  • Works effectively both independently with minimal supervision and as a valued team member
