eCommerce is the biggest retail disruption in a generation, and leading CPGs are putting digital eCommerce at the heart of their strategies.  Committed to win in this space, Unilever is looking foraeCommerceContent &Capabilities Managerto lead and drive our Brands within eCommerce.

Unilever’s portfolio includes iconic brands such as Dove, AXE, Ben & Jerry’s, andSeventh Generation, and on any given day, over 2 billion people use our products around the world.  Accelerating eCommerce is at the center of Unilever’s global growth strategy. As you’ve seen in the news, Unilever is serious about building new capabilities and establishing direct consumer connections withbrands likeDollar Shave Club, Dermalogica,Schmidt’s,andOLLYjoining the Unilever family.  In order to expand our marketing prowess to be best-in-class within eCommerce, we are looking for an experienced marketer to develop, lead and execute thecontent and capabilities strategy fortheeCommerce businesses.

In this role, you willmake a real impact both on business resultsand driving Unilever’s evolving marketing strategy. Would you like to be a key contributor in Unilever’s mission to drive eCommerce?

What You’ll do:

  • Driveshort-term and long-term strategyfor product content and websiteecommercecapabilities. 

  • Manage theproduct content developmentapproach,scale up, ongoing content optimization,andretailer.com contentdeploymentto ensure best in classexperience onretailerwebsites.

  • Leadprojects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure timeline execution

  • Manage&enhance brand.comcapabilitiesthroughratings & reviewsandbuyitnowfunctionalitiesto help convert consumers.

  • Identify opportunities toleverage automation to drive efficiencies andelevate content quality.

  • Ensure frequent exchange of best practice and coordination of the cross-functional teamconsisting of CD/Sales,Finance,Supply Chain, Mediaand Audiences,Insights, Shopper Marketing,and CRM

  • Developand executeeCommerce testing roadmapand share best practiceswithkeyteams

  • Identify, develop and recommend new ways of workingto capture growth forUnileverbrands in thefast movingegroceryanddigital landscape.

You have:

  • 5+ yearsdriving a successful eCommerce business through marketing

  • Experience in CPG, Retail, eCommerceand/or tech companies an asset

  • Experience in online content management and system integrations is highly valuable

  • Knowledge ofkey marketing channels such asSEO,SEM, Email, Affiliates, Displayis a plus

  • Strong analytical and data-mining aptitude; ability to use data to develop and supportdecisions

  • Proficient with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics orPower BI

  • Solution focused and a strong sense of curiosity to unlock transformative change ineCommerce

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, Economics, Operations or similar field
