Who You Are & What You’ll Do
You’re a born leader: Your actions will have a sizeable impact on the end to end value chain. You will influence your colleagues and utilize world-class systems and tools to drive step-changes in demand planning performance.
You’re a strategy guru: You will always be on your toes thinking of a Plan B & be ready to execute when needed. You will be an out of the box thinker coming up with solutions to new problems whilst using your strategic influencing skills to convince the cross functional team to execute.
You’re a dot connector: You will be able to bridge the needs of different functions and expertly translate the requirements to keep the value chain in sync.
You love to win and have fun doing it: You play a critical and extremely tangible role in delivering results. You will help with growing our leadership in the skin cleansing category
Background & Purpose of the Job
- Improve Supply Chain KPIs by leading projects with impact on different areas of supply chain
- Planning transformation process: E2E from production to delivery serving as a link between different teams across Unilever's divisions
- Improve forecast accuracy for Unilever's customers
- Monitor & improve Unilever's promotion process

To succeed in Unilever, it is important that you have a curious mindset, good business understanding and great communication skills. You are analytical, result oriented and energetic. You have a great drive and you take ownership of tasks and set your own goals.
• Bachelor or Master Degree with strong academic track record and maximum of two years working experience after graduation or Bachelor degree with 1 to 3 years of work experience after graduation
• Some international experience it´s a nice to have
• Fluency in English and Spanish
