We are looking for hands-on, self-motivated Business controller who is willing to learn and grow in challenging, yet dynamic and exciting, work environment and will support company in reaching its goals.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with stakeholders to explain actual result deviations versus forecast;
Support Business and Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting process;
Improvements of company’s control mechanisms and processes;
Ad-hoc report preparation and analysis;
Identifying and understanding main cost drivers and identifying areas of optimization;
Preparation of regular profitability reviews.
Key Skills and Experience:
1-2 years of working experience in Business control, Audit or business analysis;
Growth mindset: motivated to learn about the business and improve both financial and indirect leadership skills;
Ability to plan and set priorities;
Ability to work in dynamic environment;
Excellent excel and analytical skills;
Fluent in English, any of the Baltics languages will be considered an advantage;
Data driven and getting things done mindset

Estonia: 2000 EUR - 2400 EUR
Latvia: 1800 EUR - 2200 EUR
