We are looking for Business Analyst with Python to join Unilever Food Solutions Poland & Baltics.
About the role in a nutshell:
You will identify business needs and opportunities within the Poland and Baltics markets. This will involve extensive use of sales data and systems. Your role will encompass extracting valuable insights from data and analytics, executing a well-defined plan, and collaborating closely with functional stakeholders. You will take the lead in the entire process, which includes data collection, organization, and automation to ensure its applicability throughout the business. You will also integrate this data into existing tools such as CRM and PowerBI, generating actionable insights and contributing to delivering value to support sustainable business growth. Additionally, the role includes overseeing a team and requires strong leadership skills.
Your future responsibilities:
Owning PL data & analytics agenda, building and executing data & analytics strategy around tools and processes.
Create insights and business opportunities for the business.
Automate current and future data processes using Python.
Hands-on delivery of solutions throughout the entire life cycle, including day-to-day management of ongoing engagements.
Learn new tools & developing skills via external sources to bring direct value to the business.
Manage reporting ecosystem of dashboards or apps (PowerBI).
Set the direction of developing CRM system (SalesForce).
Drive the behavioral changes needed to adopt analytics to the organization.
Manage a team of up to 2 analysts.
Requirements in terms of skills, knowledge and experience:
Experience in data analysis and automation (Python, SQL would be a benefit).
Being DAX and PowerBI savvy would be an additional benefit.
Advanced presentation and communication skills.
Stakeholder and Change Management experience.
We would appreciate B.S. or M.S in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics or similar).
Resilience and Prioritization skills.
Team leadership experience is desirable.
