Leading the Customer Planner team to develop accurate promo and non-promo management planning and execution by supporting Account Management team in developing and executing Customer Business Plans, ARO analysis, understanding forecast and post event analysis.

Customer Planner Team Lead drives the process and system transformation of Promotional and Non-promotional CD processes, while ensures effective way of working between Account Management and Customer Planner team.​

Key responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for setting the direction for the team to efficiently run and optimize plan and execute processes in the market

  • Drive direction and align on common strategy and goals with Account Management team

  • Monitor and deliver of technology and process KPIs and agreed way of working in all Promotional and Non-Promotional plan and execute processes

  • Facilitate improvement of tool usage, processes and way of working in collaboration with Account Management team

  • Lead improvement of tool usage processes and way of working within Customer Planner team

  • Point of escalation in case of technology and process KPIs are not delivered

  • Participate in quarterly partner plan meetings together with CSP and Account Managers

  • Owns and maintains guardrail list of Promotional and Non-promotional plan and execute 

  • Facilitate upskilling agenda of Customer Planner team in technology and processes

Our requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG company on position requiring high analytical skills, ability to drive processes and system transformation 

  • Fluency in Polish and English (verbal and written) 

  • Master degree 

  • Successful experience in building and managing teams 

  • Great communication skill and ability to work in cross functional teams

  • Digital savvy and data driven decision making

  • Comprehensive experience with MS Office (e.g. Excell), Power BI etc.

  • Good business & operation understanding, strong project leading skills
