Your Role:

In your capacity of Brand Marketing Trainee, you will be responsible for leading the Rebranding Effort for our Core Brand Lipton, as well as supporting the full marketing responsibilities of New Brands (Pukka, Pure Leaf, and future launches ). Your core responsibilities will be:

¨ Assisting in the rebranding process of our brands: Lipton, Saga, Pukka, in close cooperation with our Trade Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

¨ Supporting the process of Artwork Changes;

¨ Support in the development and implementation of media plans in cooperation with Media Agency;

¨ Developing assets, together with external creative agencies;

¨ Preparation of internal and external brand presentations;

¨ Assist in developing consumer relevant concepts based on consumer and shopper insights, external research;

¨ Work with internal data (e.g., sales data) as well as data from external sources (Nielsen, GFK, Focus, CMR, others) to create various analysis;

¨ Supporting the team and Senior Brand Manager in daily brand management;

¨ Administrative support for the marketing department;

¨ Working on innovation projects in cooperation with regional R&D, Supply Chain, and the Sales team to successfully launch new products on the market;

Our Requirements

¨ Bachelor’s degree or higher.

¨ At least 1 year of experience in a business or agency environment. Preferably, within marketing in the FMCG industry.

¨ Interested in marketing, branding, design, graphic or other.

¨ Independent and responsible, can be counted on to get the job done.

¨ Have good analytical skills that allow you to come to insights based on data.

¨ Organized, and able to prioritize tasks, to get them done in a timely manner.

¨ Eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, and show initiative

¨ Basic computer skills – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

¨ Education – higher education (min. bachelor’s degree) is required

¨ Advanced proficiency in English
