In our UFLP Digital Analytics traineeship, the various elements of our digital teams and data analytics teams come together. We are on a journey of transforming our organization to adopt agile ways of working, through tools, practices and principles – as well as a flexible mindset and culture. Using agile methodologies enable us to continuously plan and prioritize and collaborate across teams/squads and functions.

Our Digital vision is to become the most consumer centric FMCG in the Benelux, through holistic consumer insights, digital innovation, value-based content delivery and fit for channel sales. Technology and data-driven working are at the heart of this. From integrated end to end and full funnel digital customer experiences, to optimized cross channel and brand experiences to grow selling on digital platforms like Facebook. From defining the data landscape needed, to linking and translating the data into relevant business insights.

In this traineeship you contribute to the digital future of Unilever. In the program you will perform multiple rotations. The difference with the other disciplines is that the roles for this position are not yet pre-defined. We will work with you to see where the needs of the business lie and in which direction you want to further develop your talent within Digital.

In one project, you jump into the Digital Marketing of our brands to connect more closely to the tastes of our consumers, while in another project you tackle the migration of the websites from start to finish. Or do you seize the opportunity to strengthen the Sales team in the field of E-Commerce? The possibilities are endless and in every position you know how to make an impact on our business.

We are looking for people with a digital mindset, who are not afraid of the uncertain. As a trainee in this position you know how to take people along in new technological and digital developments in a disruptive way and with your creativity.
