If successful on our Summer or Industrial Placement Programmes, you’ll be fast-tracked to the final stage of the selection process for the Unilever Future Leaders Programme.
A 12-week placement in a specific function starting in June, for students finishing their penultimate year of university.
A 2-3 day programme starting in April, for students in their first year of university. On the day you will take part in the Discovery Centre. If successful, you will secure a position on our Summer or Industrial Placement Programme.

From planning, delivering and communicating corporate and sustainable strategy, through to managing reputational issues and advocating for systemic change, everything we do drives towards strengthening trust in our brands, our company, and our people.
We work closely with our customers to pioneer new products, categories, and concepts. Customer Development makes sure that shoppers can find our brands wherever and whenever they want them. Our customers are as diverse as supermarkets, online retailers, and theme parks - we build partnerships with all of them.

When you join Unilever, you will start on a competitive salary of £20,000 pro rata per annum. You will also receive a generous annual bonus based on your performance.

Digital Interview The video interview will consist of scenario-based questions and your motivations for applying to Unilever and the programme. . You’ll be able to record and complete your interview anytime and anywhere.
Discovery Centre You will be invited to spend half a day with us at one of our offices, immersing yourself in business challenges and an interview.
