For high performers on our Summer & Industrial Placement Programmes we may offer a number of fast-track opportunities to the final stage of the selection process for the Unilever Future Leaders Programme.
A 12-week placement in a specific function starting in June, for students finishing their 1st & 2nd year (penultimate year) students.
A 2-3 day programme starting in April, for students in their first year of university. On the day you will take part in the Discovery Centre. If successful, you will secure a position on our Summer or Industrial Placement Programme.

When you join Unilever, you will start on a competitive salary from 20,000 pro rata per annum. You will also receive a generous annual bonus based on your performance.

Online Assessment (Finance Only) The second phase for financial applicants involves completing online numerical tests.
Digital Interview The video interview will consist of scenario-based questions and your motivations for applying to Unilever and the programme. . You’ll be able to record and complete your interview anytime and anywhere.
Virtual Discovery Centre
You will be invited to a virtual ‘day in the life of’ a Future Leader at Unilever. You get to experience a number of exciting activities including project meetings, business challenges, a team meeting with colleagues, and a one-to-one meeting with your line manager.
