Main Accountabilities
• Manage a team of 10+ team members at 3PSP to support contract compliance operations and signature process
• Manage day to day operations to ensure the performance and delivery of the services within timelines and with expected quality
• Over see end to end signature workflow by ensuring the contracts are routed to the correct approvers and signatories, the signing process follows global governance rules (GCAD SOA)
• Run monthly governance with the Procurement, Customer Ops stakeholders to ensure assurance on contract compliance
• Run weekly governance with Procurement portfolio team to deliver E-sourcing with agreed savings delivery
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement

Key Skills
• Strong knowledge of contract management process for Logistics procurement (Transportation and Warehousing) and strong e-sourcing background
• Strong knowledge of End-to-End knowledge of Source to Pay Process / Procurement Operations
• Expert/Hands-on Knowledge of Contracting tools Jaggaer, Coupa and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and E-sourcing tool like SAP Ariba
• Sharp Analytical Skills & Attention to detail
• Ability to define and execute agenda independently
• Ability to work in a dynamic organization and manage / balance multiple priorities and diverse projects concurrently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders

Relevant Experience
• Minimum of 7+ years experience in source to pay/procurement operations; FMCG Industry experience would be a strong plus
• Prior work experience in large e-sourcing projects and managed Logistics contract operations
