JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to turn insight into actionable demand plans that enable excellent execution across our markets. You will help ensure operational excellence that allows our brands to thrive — by connecting business intelligence, demand forecasting and supply planning into one coherent picture.

You’ll be part of a Customer Operations team that brings together Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing to deliver outstanding service to customers, reduce business waste and unlock growth opportunities. Guided by our four principles — end-to-end ownership, maximised automation, one version of the truth and continuous improvement, you’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

Because here, we don’t just hire for jobs. We invite you to be part of something bigger.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Transform business insights into forecast drivers, building robust demand plans that improve forecast accuracy and support data‑driven decision making.

  • Own and manage the volume forecast across the full time horizon, ensuring it is always up to date, aligned with financial forecasts and reflective of market dynamics, events and seasons.

  • Manage stock and portfolio performance by translating forecast uncertainty, risks and opportunities into appropriate stock levels and clear scenarios for business decisions.

  • Lead innovation, switches and delists in the demand plan, ensuring accurate launch phasing, pipeline fill and exit management with a zero‑waste mindset.

  • Drive the Demand/Supply reconciliation process, identifying potential product availability constraints and proposing mitigation plans that balance service, cost and inventory.

  • Support S&OP and key business forums by preparing and presenting demand insights, trade‑off options and recommendations to Planning Managers, Category Business Leads and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with Category Demand Planners and Response Planners to steer portfolio performance, manage key events and ensure delivery against service and inventory KPIs.

  • Continuously monitor and explain forecast performance, evaluating building blocks, validating volume changes against market intelligence, and identifying gaps and opportunities.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure the value forecast reflects volume assumptions, market plans and agreed business scenarios.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in Customer Operations by leveraging digital tools, automation and data to enhance forecast quality and planning processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Economics or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG in a demand planning, supply planning or closely related Supply Chain role.

  • Strong analytical skills and system thinking, with proven experience handling large and complex portfolios and working with quantitative models.

  • Advanced digital and technical capabilities, including strong Excel skills and familiarity with modern planning tools; basic understanding of Python and/or machine learning / AI concepts is a plus.

  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing and/or factory operations, ideally in an international or cross‑country environment.

  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of leading discussions, driving alignment and supporting trade‑off decisions.

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial, can‑do mindset, with practical creativity, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
