Position: First Line Manager – Dry Savory (Packing)

Department: Supply chain

Location: Gateway Factory, Thailand

As a First Line Manager, you will be responsible for both operational excellence and people leadership.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

• Leading day-to-day packing operations to ensure reliable output and on-time delivery to customers
• Monitoring and reviewing production performance, and sharing regular updates with the leadership team
• Ensuring strong safety and quality practices are followed, including compliance with audits, risk assessments, and site standards
• Working closely with teams such as planning and warehousing to deliver production plans within available resources
• Identifying improvement opportunities and setting clear priorities to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and control costs
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, including new ideas, improved processes, and the use of digital tools where appropriate
• Leading, motivating, and managing the performance and engagement of the production team
• Coaching and developing team members to support their skills growth and long-term career progression
• Managing production budgets, tracking costs, and supporting cost-saving initiatives

What You Will Need To Succeed:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering or related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in leadership role or team management is preferred
• Solid understanding of production operations, planning, and manufacturing processes
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced and complex operational setting
• Practical experience applying maintenance or improvement approaches within manufacturing
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in food manufacturing or food-related production environments
