Supply Chain Trainee

As a Supply Chain Trainee at Unilever, you will gain early exposure to Unilever’s end-to-end supply chain operations, focusing on supporting product availability, operational stability, and efficient execution across the supply network. In this role, trainee is involved in core supply chain activities across Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics, including sales and operations planning, demand and supply coordination, inventory management, and logistics execution. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to support business continuity, customer service performance, and key commercial activities such as product launches and promotions.

Through these experiences, trainee builds a foundational understanding of supply chain processes, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and develop the ability to analyze operational data and support improvement initiatives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Rotational scope and assignments may vary depending on organizational needs.
