JOB PURPOSE

This role accelerates the People agenda at the Factory by partnering with leaders and HR colleagues to implement effective people practices, ensuring our people live up to their potential and thrive at the workplace.
You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the company.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
-    Partner the KSA Factory Manager and Supply Chain leadership to align workforce plans with operational and strategic priorities
-    Support organizational design initiatives and lead site-level structural and role changes
-    Lead change management initiatives related to reward changes and HR transformation projects
-    Lead performance management cycles, ensuring alignment in goal setting, continuous feedback, year-end evaluations, and calibration of performance ratings and bonus outcomes
-    Coach line managers and employees on Unilever behaviors, effective performance conversations, and development planning
-    Develop targeted learning and capability-building programs by conducting training needs assessments, career conversations, and skill gap analysis for operators and white-collar employees
-    Lead employee engagement and recognition initiatives to strengthen morale, performance, and retention
-    Manage talent reviews, identify high-potential employees, and support proactive succession planning for critical roles
-    Analyze HR metrics and people data to inform decisions related to headcount, retention, productivity, and Saudization targets
-    Partner with the Unilever Legal team to review, update, and implement KSA HR internal policies in line with legal and business requirements


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications and Skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related 
•    Minimum of 4-5 years of HR experience 
•    Proven experience in HRBP, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing 
•    Experience supporting large workforce populations and mass recruitment
•    Strategic breadth and systems thinking – you can think across functions and across time to anticipate change and prepare plans to help the business to grow long term
•    Culture development – you will have experience of creating appropriate culture and behaviour interventions that drive employee engagement, retention and performance
•    Internal and External influencing – you will be comfortable with working with teams with differing priorities internally to bring them in to support change, 
•    Experience of building relationships with government, education and other institutional bodies.
