Job Title: Demand Capture Officer

WL- 1A

Location: Ghaziabad

Job Overview:
DCO position is at the front end of the business. He/ She does not have any HUL employees as direct subordinates. Officer will have to assist BSM & Sales Executive in handling the account portfolio. DCO will be responsible for managing CSD / CPS business across various locations and URCs
The right candidate for this role needs to be good at customer relations, maintaining a great and positive working equation with his/her counterparts. The role requires high discipline with timelines and strong business understanding with basic negotiation skills and people management skills. Also, this is field role hence it is very travel heavy.
• DCO’s primary job is to build capability of Sales Promoters & Shop boys hence need to have good understanding on roles and responsibility of key stakeholders.
• Ensuring that operations are aligned and smooth will be your responsibility so that the business grows on the back of strong supply chain.
• Maintaining stock levels, ensuring good supply fills to customer and firefighting concerns will be key actionable amongst others
• Responsible for forecasting the business and planning for stock supplies.
• It is required to have good understanding of 6P and able to relate with Share of Shelf, account’s assortment/ MBQ/planogram /promotion strategy and should be able to use DST effectively.
• Implement renovation as per schedule, execute all agreed TOT and ensuring ROI is also the key responsibility of DCO.
Scope of work:
• Managing activity at customer level for off take generation.
• DCO need to communicate with the higher-level officer of Army/Navy/Air force/Central Police.
• Primary job of DCO is to bridge the communication gap between Store and BSM and find out new opportunities in his/her area
• The problem solving done by the DCO is of an operational in nature but is very critical in ensuring customer delight to drive share of shelf and share of wallet.
• DCO proactively needs to identify the hotspot; should be able to negotiate with the outlet for HUL visibility; drives accountability with merchandizers to do the same.
• Prepare PJP for his team as per demand generation and needs to make effective sales call and ensure DO generation using DO/DST.
Qualification:
• MBA/PGDM degree in Sales/ Marketing with min 1-2 yrs of relevant experience
• Strong in inter- personality and out going
• Should be target oriented and determined selling skills is required
