Associate Director – Digital Supply Chain Business Partner – Personal Care, North America

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role is accountable for driving the end to end digitization of supply chain in the business unit (BU). This role is accountable for landing the delivery and benefits of Digital & Technology (D&T) capabilities for supply chain, including net productivity, availability, product superiority, operational excellence, digital manufacturing, sustainability, and planning excellence. This includes expanding the use of AI and automation, partnering closely with the BU Supply Chain leaders and Products to drive user centricity, embed and the value from D&T capabilities.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
o Trusted partner to BU supply chain leadership and their teams
o Create and execute strategies that leverage digital technologies, AI, and automation to enhance supply chain outcomes
o Ensure alignment of supply chain analytics, AI and technology initiatives with business unit objectives.
o Accountable for the digitisation of supply chain, leading the E2E D&T plan for supply chain in the business unit on behalf of the BU CDIO
o Prioritises and aligns the plan, outcomes and timelines with supply chain leadership across products
o Drives benefits and adoption with the business unit supply chain team and products
o Drives local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement
o Accountable for business unit supply chain sign-off and validation of products
o Lead business deployment of BU specific or BU tailored products, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery
o Acts as first point of contact for BU Supply chain leaders into D&T, resolving risks, issues and questions
o Suggests opportunities for leverage of AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness
Necessary Experience & Qualifications
• Change Management experience

SKILLS
•  Program / plan management to ensure delivery of outcomes.  Able to drive end-to-end project management for critical workstreams

-Digital acumen – experience leading supply chain digitisation programmes

• Business acumen – supply chain

• Innovative thinking and experience leading change with supply chain
