JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

•  Manage inspectors across 3 shifts
•  Ensure full reporting and review of all needed quality reports
•  Daily analysis of reports adherence
•  Lead RCA for Quality Incidents
•  Sorting, Inspection and rework activities documentation and reporting
•  Daily review of PH hygiene condition
•  Lead quality trainings agenda for shopfloor
•  Participate in defects reduction projects
•  Weekly reports of Quality performance summary
•  Internal audit actions implementation
•  Participate in R2S cell meetings
•  Retention Samples library monitoring & 5S
•  Ensure quality digital agenda implementation &adherence in PH
•  Monthly assessment report of Quality Inspectors performance
•  Training plan creation based on skills gaps assessment
•  Lead contingent labor during inspection of trials and first production

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of ISO-9001 – Preffered
• Good understanding of GMP 22716 – Preffered
