Job Description

• Formulate and employ appropriate sourcing strategies for all assigned categories like Marketing (Consumer Promotions, Trade Promotions, Print, POSM articles, Merchandise Materials, Activation, Market Research, and Events), Admin (vehicle rental and acquisition, Courier service, hotels & resorts etc.), Logistic and warehouse and ultimately ensuring value for money is maximized and cost savings are generated
• Developing supply base for social media spends and to negotiate with Social media influencers to generate value for UI Marketing Team Collaborating with business owners to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations.
• Developing/source samples of consumers promotions materials and taking approval from business owner and other stakeholders, following up & guiding the vendors and ensuring delivery at the right time and in right places.
• Developing POSM items with the help of sales, selecting right vendor for POSM and ensure on-time delivery. • Coordinating and completing negotiation, vendor selection of all kinds of events and activations
• Discovering the most profitable & efficient suppliers and initiating business partnerships by ensuring compliance/contract and managing the vendor for better services and prompt support
• Initiating request for quotation (RFQ) and communication with suppliers Preparing effective comparative statement with quotes of suppliers and visualization the information for proper understanding
• Negotiating with vendors to secure the most advantageous terms like best competitive rate, short delivery lead time, delayed payment term & best quality.
• Maintaining contract database & agreements for ongoing supplier management which includes rationalization and management of preferred suppliers.
• Tracking and reporting key functional metrics as per agreed terms to improve effectiveness
• Support team in the vendor on boarding process of Velocity tools
• Coordinate & support team in dealing with Coupa system and PSL system as per business requirement
• Land procurement digital project of UI
