1. Contract Drafting and Contract Lifecycle Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring legal accuracy and alignment with organizational goals throughout the contract lifecycle.

2. Legal Advisory – Labor, Advertisement, Packaging & Metrology, and Taxation Laws
Provide strategic legal guidance on labor laws, advertisement and marketing regulations, packaging and metrology compliance, taxation-related matters, and support in strategic litigation, industry operations, and financing instruments.

3. FDI Compliance, Trade, and Investment Advisory
Ensure compliance with foreign direct investment regulations and provide legal advisory on trade, investment, and cross-border operational matters.

4. Regulatory Approvals and Foreign Payment Compliance
Facilitate procurement of necessary approvals for repatriation of funds and assist with endorsements and documentation required for foreign payments.

5. Risk Management and Mitigation
Identify legal and regulatory risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support the business in implementing risk control measures.

6. General Corporate and Commercial Law Advisory
Offer comprehensive legal advice on general corporate matters, commercial transactions, and day-to-day legal issues impacting business operations.

 Work experience – 5 years + preferably in corporate or banking sector
