JOB PURPOSE
Deze rol bestaat om de groei van Cup a Soup in het Out of Home kanaal te versnellen, duurzame partnerships te bouwen en zo dagelijks meer mensen op hun werkplek een toegankelijk, warm en hartig moment te bieden. Je verbindt strategische richting met uitvoering, versterkt samenwerking met groothandels en dienstverleners, en helpt je team zichtbaar resultaat te realiseren.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ontwikkel een duidelijke, toekomstgerichte strategie voor de groei van Cup a Soup binnen het Out of Home kanaal.
• Bepaal de segmentaanpak voor kantoren, zorginstellingen, bouwlocaties en andere relevante omgevingen.
• Signaleer kansen in aanbestedingen en vertaal deze naar concrete commerciële resultaten.
• Ontwikkel klantmodellen en stimuleringsprogramma’s die duurzame omzetgroei ondersteunen.
• Bouw en onderhoud sterke relaties met groothandels, koffieleveranciers, cateraars en servicepartners; voer gesprekken op directieniveau om gezamenlijke ambities te realiseren.
• Geef leiding aan twee accountmanagers; coach op ontwikkeling, eigenaarschap en samenwerking.
• Coördineer klantbezoeken, marktdagen en veldactiviteiten samen met de trade marketeer en het salesteam.
• Maak bewuste keuzes in klantprioritering op basis van potentieel, fit en strategische relevantie; ondersteun nieuwe klantacquisitie en verdieping van bestaande relaties.
• Monitor prestaties, analyseer inzichten en zet deze om in gerichte commerciële acties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Aantoonbare ervaring in accountmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingsmiddelenbranche en / of Out of Home
• Sterk strategisch denkvermogen en ervaring met het bouwen én realiseren van commerciële plannen.
• Ervaring met het opzetten van partnerships op directieniveau.
• Leiderschapskwaliteiten en coachende vaardigheden.
• Communicatief sterk, ondernemend en resultaatgericht.

• Minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Ervaring met aanbestedingen en tenderprocessen.
• Affiniteit met distributiemodellen en klantontwikkeling bij kantoor- en koffiegroothandels.
• Ervaring met de segmenten kantoren, zorg en bouwlocaties.

• Een energiek persoon met bewezen onderhandelingservaring en een holistische set verkoopvaardigheden, met evenveel passie voor strategie als voor uitvoering en financiën.

• Ervaring in verkoop en klantrelaties. Ervaring in de out-of-home-wereld is een sterke pré.

• Een flexibel denkvermogen om gemakkelijk te schakelen tussen strategie en de benodigde operationele taken om het plan te implementeren. • •Planningsvaardigheden, goede organisatie en snel besluitvormingsvermogen zijn vereist.

•Een commerciële, zakelijke instelling, ervaring met het begrijpen van aanbestedingen en het vermogen om heldere beslissingen te nemen en samen te werken met diverse stakeholders binnen verschillende functies (intern en extern).

• Ervaring met het aansturen van een klein team.

•Gedreven door de uitdaging en het plezier, energiek en veerkrachtig.

• Enthousiast en positief, met een nieuwsgierige en van nature inclusieve aanpak.

• Vloeiend Nederlands.

• Loopt niet in de details, maar denkt in oplossingen.

• Goed gevoel voor urgentie en daadkracht.
