Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

• Develop effective forecast models based on industry trend and demand patterns.

• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

• Manage demand forecast accuracy.

• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.

• Successfully communicate forecast to stakeholders.

• Conduct SnOP process.

• Drive discussion with business partners to get additional information on the business strategy.

• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Experience & Qualification

• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.

• Forecasting experience (trend and demand)

• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skill

• Strong end to end business understanding

• Improvement process oriented

• Able to work as a team and lead a team

• Able to drive related business partner

• Strong negotiation skill
