Main Responsibility
Monitor brand/category performance and identify growth opportunities across marketing levers (e.g., pricing/pack, distribution, promo, proposition, communication), turning signals into clear actions with stakeholders.
Manage ad hoc/custom research projects aligned to business priorities and ensure strong briefs, agency management, and high impact debriefs.
Develop market share projections using historical performance, category dynamics, competitive activity, and consumer behavior insights.
Build market and brand forecasts to support annual and mid‑term business planning.
To support the line manager in partnering primarily Marketing team on day-to-day basis, and BU Leadership team (cross function) on a larger scale.
Scope: Skin Cleansing & Deodorant; Brand: Dove & Lux. Personal Care Performance.
Experience & Qualification
Graduated from reputable university (local or overseas)
At least 1-3 years in brand development and/or brand deployment role in CMI (preferably) or Marketing side in FMCG/Digital/Ecommerce business
Having a background in research agencies (preferably) and good understanding on Beauty industry.
Solid experience in leading consumer research projects (exploratory studies, price and promotion, communication, post launch evaluation)
Solid experience in leading and analyzing brand measurement studies
Able to work with big data
Skill
Strong in analytical thinking, creative mindset, and storytelling
Have computational thinking, able to break complexity into clear steps and patterns.
Strong in capturing and representing consumer voice
Confidence in market share projection and forecasting logic (preferred)
Highly flexible, easy to adapt
Not so `boring` person – having hidden talent or unique interest is a plus
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong in presentation and communication skills
Strong in qualitative and quantitative studies
Familiar with main agencies tools (i.e. Retail Audit from Nielsen and Kantar) and research methods
