JOB SUMMARY:

As the Senior Executive – Customer Development Analytics, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of data products that enable smarter decision-making across customer development. You will translate business needs into product features, manage cross-functional delivery, and ensure continuous improvement of the analytics platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and evolve the product roadmap for CD analytics in alignment with business goals.

  • Prioritise features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder input.

  • Champion the use of data and technology to drive sales and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with business teams, global stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements and validate solutions.

  • Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to ensure product-market fit and adoption.

Technical Collaboration

  • Work closely with data engineers and architects to design scalable data pipelines and models.

  • Ensure robust data governance, quality checks, and compliance with internal standards.

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., IDP, cloud platforms) and integrate relevant innovations.

Delivery & Operations

  • Lead Agile delivery squads, ensuring timely execution of product features and enhancements.

  • Manage support operations and drive continuous improvement of the platform.

  • Enable rapid prototyping and POCs to validate business cases.

Vendor

 & Partner Management

  • Engage with service providers and technology vendors to bring in external innovation.

  • Manage vendor contracts and performance to ensure cost-effective delivery.

Team & Governance

  • Lead internal and external team members, fostering development, motivation, and well-being.

  • Ensure governance structures are followed across all product streams and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Computer vision, image analytics and building architecture.

  • Experience with the data science, building ML models.

  • Experience in product management, data engineering, or analytics.

  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and visualisation tools.

  • Proficiency in BigQuery, Azure SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
