Condiments Brand Manager VET

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Brand Growth: Support the development and execution of marketing plans that align with our Foods strategy and Unilever’s purpose-led, future-fit vision.

• Champion Innovation: Contribute to our innovation pipeline—helping to launch new products and enhance existing favorites, working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Engage Consumers: Bring our brands to life through digital and social campaigns, building loyalty and excitement among consumers.

• Deliver Insights: Analyze market trends and consumer data, providing actionable recommendations that drive business results.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with talented colleagues across Europe, sharing best practices and learning from each other in a supportive, inclusive environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of FMCG marketing experience

• Strong digital marketing and social media skills

• Analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into insights

• Creative thinking and attention to detail

• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Strong skills in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
