Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

Location: Thailand

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in achieving zero defects, reducing waste, and enhancing production efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead process improvements to achieve zero defects, waste, and losses in factory operations
    • Drive initiatives to enhance production efficiency and line stability
    • Prioritize and eliminate key losses using AM, PM, FI Pillar, and continuous improvement methodologies
    • Apply improvement methods by providing technical training and coaching to line teams
    • Implement Cost Deployment using data from the Managing Manufacturing Performance Code (MMP Code)
    • Validate all process improvements and establish revised basic conditions on the line
    • Coordinate with production teams for data collection, analysis, and support semi-autonomous team transitions
    • Lead or participate in transformation and automation projects, collaborating with external suppliers
    • Provide real-time information to enable quick decision-making and resource optimization

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, Engineering Management, or equivalent (Master’s degree is a plus)
    • 5–8 years of experience as a Process Engineer, Production Engineer, or similar role
    • Proven experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives in manufacturing
    • Strong background in continuous improvement programs such as Lean, TPM, WCM, Six Sigma, AM, PM, Quality, and FI tools
    • Experience as a Project Management team leader in manufacturing is a plus
    • Hands-on experience in FMCG manufacturing processes and technology
    • Familiarity with FMCG concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Knowledge of statistics and process control tools
    • Demonstrated technical expertise across site processes and lines
    • Strong engineering leadership credentials with a track record of eliminating loss and waste on major projects
