Position: S2P Assistant Manager

Coordinate the Accounts Payable operations in the LATAM markets, ensuring delivery of key operational KPIs (on-time payments, supplier aging, GRIR, etc.);

Act as the main point of contact for issue resolution and support for internal users and suppliers;

Lead the Third Party Service Provider (TPSP) team, ensuring service delivery meets quality and compliance standards;

Support the implementation of transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P process;

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions;

Participate in governance forums with key stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Controllership, etc.);

Ensure compliance with internal controls (GFCF, GPM, SOX) and support internal and external audits;

Contribute to improving the end-user and supplier experience through empathy and solution-oriented actions;

Develop and monitor action plans to improve performance and mitigate operational risks.



STAKEHOLDERS• Internal:• MCO Finance Team, Financial Controller;• Supplier Operations Leadership Team;• Market Operations Director for the region;• Procurement Teams;• Supply Planning Teams;• P2P Users;• R2R Teams;• Global S2P / PEC Teams.

• External:• Third Party Service Providers;• Unilever Suppliers.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;

Previous experience in Accounts Payable is a must;

Solid knowledge of SAP (P2P module) and advanced Excel skills;

Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset;

Clear and effective communication with different levels of the organization;

Experience managing third-party providers (BPO/TPSP) is a plus;



LANGUAGE

English (advanced); Spanish

Effective communication both written and oral in English and Spanish.
