• Kiểmtra,kiểmsoáthoạtđộngcủahệthốngUtilitiestrongcatrựcthôngqua ngoạiquanvàcácbảngkiểmtramáyhàngngày.
• Đảmbảocáchệthốnghoạtđộngởtrạngtháitốtnhất,cácthôngsốổnđịnhtrongtiêuchuẩnkhicấpvàosảnxuất
• Ghichépcácsốliệuvậnhànhvàoformbiểu,nhậtkývậnhành. 
• Ghichúkhipháthiệncácbấtthườngcủacáchệthống.
• Chủđộngxửlýcácsựcốtrongphạmvivậnhànhtrongca.
• Ghichépnhậtkýsửachữabảodưỡng
