【Quality & Compliance Management】

  • Drive Unilever's consumer safety and product superiority objectives through Taiwan-specific projects

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and Unilever standards across manufacturing sites, warehousing, and logistics

  • Prepare and maintain technical and quality agreements for finished goods sourcing, including cross-border imports and third-party manufacturing

【Technical Support & Issue Resolution】

  • Provide expertise in resolving technical issues with re-packers, assemblers, promotional suppliers, and customers

  • Support incident management reporting and local marketplace product issue resolution


【Third-Party Oversight】

  • Monitor and verify compliance of third-party re-packers and assemblers through self-assessments, KPI tracking, technical visits, and communication


【Innovation & Change Management】

  • Support supply chain technical processes for new product innovations, promotional items, and product changes


【Consumer & Customer Interface】

  • Collaborate with consumer and customer care teams to manage alert triggers and feedback data


【Continuous Improvement】

  • Lead or contribute to supply chain improvement initiatives based on marketplace data (e.g., consumer feedback, product inspections, warehouse and re-packer performance)

  • Support improvements related to import/export processes raised by supply chain or quality teams

【Qualification】

  • Food science & microbiology knowledge is required. Knowledge of HACCP, Chemistry is plus

  • Ability to interpret data from multiple sources (consumer feedback, KPI reports, inspections) and drive improvement actions

  • Strong stakeholder management skills ; capable of working with cross-functional teams and external partners

  • Proactive approach to resolving technical issues and implementing preventive measures

  • Fluent in Chinese is a MUST ; Good in English

  • Related working experience at least 5 years is a Must
