Assistant Category Marketing Manager, you will help influence what products we create, improve, and champion — building a portfolio that delivers better flavor, smarter value, and real impact in Indonesian kitchens, contributing to dishes enjoyed by millions every day.

Main Responsibilities
Category & Portfolio Strategy

  • Support category strategy, pricing mix logic, product logic, and competitive review to strengthen the Future-Fit Portfolio.
  • Lead analysis on product logic, profitability, and long-term category choices.

Innovation & Renovation (I&R)

  • Lead I&R initiatives across both big-bet innovations and renovation projects that unlock better product solutions,
  • performance and profitability.
  • Drive formulation changes, pack size adjustments, and lift-and-shift solutions with R&D, SC, Finance, CMI and CD to land projects OTIF.

Cross-Functional Project Ownership

  • Own and lead portfolio-related projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment, broblem-solving, and timely decisions
  • across functions.
  • Support long-term portfolio roadmap to strengthen competitiveness and drive UFS 2030 ambitions.


Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of work experience, ideally involving project management or managing/launching consumer products.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliver projects end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to assess product performance, pricing logic, and portfolio opportunities.


Preferred:

  • Experience in the FMCG industry (not mandatory but advantageous).
  • Exposure to innovation/renovation projects, product improvements, or pack changes.
  • Understanding of Indonesian food trends, operator needs, or culinary categories.

Skill

  • Strong project management and execution discipline.
  • Sharp analytical skills — able to interpret data, simplify insights, and influence decisions.
  • Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Problem solving, agility, and comfort working in fast-moving environments
  • Passion for products, flavor, and creating impact in kitchens.
  • Digital fluency (Excel, PowerPoint; PowerBI/Nielsen a plus).
