Foods Poland offers a diverse portfolio, including two of Unilever’s biggest and oldest heritage brands like Knorr and Hellmann’s, as well as local favorites Amino and Tortex. Poland plays important growth engine role in European geography. Growth ambitions is based on increasing penetration of households with our power brands and successfully leading market making job within Cooking Aids and Minimeals vertical, with Knorr out of the cupboard, into Polish dishes, while accelerating growth and establishing sustainable and competitive position in condiments vertical.

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead NRM processes (all 5 levers) for total Foods.

  • Manage governance for Pricing strategy.

  • Reassure the promotion strategy is annually defined at category/brand/channel/key customer level incorporating Brand Strategy and planned Promotion Budget. Improve the effectiveness of trade promotional activities and investments. .

  • Actively participating in IBP process bringing RGM expertise.

  • Tracking total category/channel business performance and TMI efficiencies – proposing and implementing corrective actions.

  • Work closely with Global NRM/Pricing Teams

  • Responsible to drive Unilever's Category Net Revenue realization through defining holistic Net Revenue Strategies and then seeing them through to execution into the Marketing functions and wider commercial business.  

  • Bringing Strategy and Insights into business agenda.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and Sales teams to land initiatives in the market

  • Closely overseeing trends in Foods markets and taking a strategic lead to ensure that Unilever can outperform competitors

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in FMCG within NRM, Sales, or CSP functions

  • Proven experience managing P&L

  • Strong expertise in Revenue Growth Management across all five levers

  • Hands-on experience in CPP (promo budgets) and TTS (contracts) optimization

  • High level of data literacy with tools such as Nielsen, GfK, AMB, and brand health diagnostics

  • Fluency in Polish and English

  • University degree in a relevant field

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, strategic thinking, and commercial judgment with solid business and financial acumen

  • Experience in Nutrition or Refreshment categories

  • Ability to identify white-space opportunities, optimize pack/price architecture

  • Highly organized and disciplined, with a focus on simplifying processes and eliminating unnecessary complexity

  • Capable of acting strategically and tactically to deliver outstanding results

  • Balanced business acumen and strong execution drive

  • Comfortable taking intelligent risks, experimenting, learning, and adapting to meet consumer needs
