Job Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Unilever supply chain vision and evolving business requirements. Work together with business leaders, regional teams and translate those needs into technology programs.

• Establish yourself as the first point of contact for all matters relevant to the Logistics Analytics agenda for markets teams. Lead the delivery of innovation roadmap for market(s), manage BAU enhancements and application support.

• Design and own solutions developed on Azure

• Work with team of 3rd -party technical personnel working Azure  to optimize technical capabilities and requirements as well as guarantee successful delivery of projects.

• Proactively monitor processes to identify trends; analyses/predicts trends and develops a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring to ensure high service levels.

• Work with a ‘Glocal’ (Global + Local) mindset – while addressing local requirements from market, also help in driving Application convergence within the Function, from Local -> Regional -> Global.

• Understand and interpret IT strategic architecture, helping ensure all projects and application support follow the principles, guidelines, and standards.

Role Requirements

We are looking for people with functional knowledge in Logistics and experience of working in large scale IT Projects.

• Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or similar degree along with 3 years of IT experience.

• SQL Expert, both Functionally and technically

• Broad understanding of PaaS,SaaS and Cloud principles.

• Strong stakeholder management skills – will have to work directly with markets across multiple geographies

• Excellent communication skills to lead discussions with technical as well as non-technical audiences

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams including external product teams

• Ability to lead a team of vendor partners

• Creative problem-solving mindset with a bias for practical solutions. A quick learner, not afraid to take the initiative and be proactive to get things done
