  • UARM (Unilever Artwork & Records Management): The custodians of Unilever’s corporate memory, UARM protects trademarks and records, offering brand teams historical insights and safeguarding intellectual property.
  • Consumer Engagement Centres (CEC): These frontline teams engage directly with consumers across digital and traditional channels, responding to queries and feedback with empathy and precision.
  • Innovation Project Management Office (PMO): A team of expert project managers accelerating innovation speed to market across Unilever’s Business Groups.
  • Marketing Digital Solutions: Designers and architects of scalable marketing technology platforms, like Asset Bank, which houses over 2 million advertising assets.
  • Product Data Management (PDM): Specialists in digitising and orchestrating pack-related data, enabling seamless integration across Unilever’s supply chain and marketing ecosystem.

Position Summary

Deliver value across all Marketing Hub delivered and connected activities as the focal point for ensuring key performance analytics are defined, measured, and reported with insight for both operational needs and transformation opportunity identification across the entirety of the Marketing Services activity base.

Key Accountabilities of the role include:

  • Ensure timely and effective communication of Performance results and insights “sliced and diced” by key stakeholder requirements across: PDN, BU, BG, and Product focused on both Opportunity and Risk-based analytics
  • Play a key role in connecting Performance Analysis between the Partner and UL Design Authority (Product Owners), recommending improvements through robust analysis and insights at pace and scale.​
  • Work with the Partner Reporting team to ensure that the “Command Centre” is always evolving in line with business need, and then up to date both structurally and with Operational Performance metrics - driving insight to action​

Position Responsibilities (Expected Work)

As services are onboarded and “go-live”, this role becomes the custodian of Analytics and Insights for the future transformation journey with the Partner. This includes: ​

  • Converging various data streams (operational data, IT performance metrics, performance KPIs, etc) to generate insights that will challenge current WOW and norms in operations.​
  • Using analytics to continuously challenge and drive efficient and effective operations with the intention of generating continuous improvement ideas​
  • Leverage analytics and/or reporting to monitor adoption/usage of technology in an effort to minimize exceptions.​
  • Identify emerging trends in performance and arrest potential problems through action planning with the service delivery team​
  • Drive benchmarking and cross-pollination across markets in the hub and vs other hubs. ​
  • Develop analytics dashboards through Partners with an eye on consistency across the operations
